      Pros

      They are very focused on giving interns a chance to learn and make a real impact with real projects. They also have free lunch, sick days, and PTO even for interns.

      Cons

      Internship experience can vary with manager and mentor.

      Company has great benefits that employees refer to as the golden handcuffs.

      Cons

      Even though we're now in the endemic state of Covid, Moderna is making awful decisions and will likely lose the ability to be successful due to the executive leadership team. Never been in such a cut throat culture that starts with the CHRO who fires whoever she wishes and could care less about the culture of the company. In group settings, she comes across as compassionate and a strong leader, but stay out of her way when it's behind closed doors.
