      There is almost no recognition for employees who come in early, stay late, try to learn all they can, and don’t cut corners. No upward movement. Completely top heavy and bloated company. Be prepared to be just another faceless cog in a corporate machine.

      Location, seminars, lots of investment/capital

      Cons

      They overwork the employees and there's too much politics. Really a waste of time, no learning or growth for some folks. No balance at all
