I worked at Moderna for a brief 9 month period, company is great with an amazing vision, great benefits and opportunity to learn.

Cons

Middle management (Managers, Sr. Managers, supervisors) really need to learn that growth and becoming a manager doesn't give them right to treat people below them in a bad manner. A lot of people have been there for a long time before it was a big company and been promoted to higher roles which they deserve for their work but have extremely low people skills and think they are untouchable, thanks to HR.
