Projects are rushed and timelines are unrealistic

Interview process is a joke, they don’t require a slide deck or ask very many technical question. HR is never on time. The number of follow ups you have to do is a joke. Was offered a position via HR verbally, when salary came up, they said they’d have to get back to me. Heard back from HR said they’d need to get approval for the salary I requested and change the position title. Took references and reached out to them. Spent the next two weeks with HR asking to set up another meeting. I have available time slots and heard no response. Turns out they didn’t get the approval to bump the he position up. So they went w a different candidate. Employees stated in interview process that their career ladder is no clearly defined. Any current or past employees are miserable. No work life balance. Their culture is so so toxic!
