      Salaries are high compared to similarly sized companies

      Cons

      They absolutely refuse to listen to the advice given from Pharma veterans. They push insanely hard only to have to do it all over again correctly, which they could have accomplished in the first place if they just took their time and listened. And, there is definitely a culture of bullying. The loudest at the table tend to get their way regardless of the wisdom of their suggestions.
