Leadership is the cancer of this company and unfortunately extremely into the weeds of everything - even if they have zero knowledge / expertise of what they are talking about. They consider themselves genius and above average in everything. They don't hear and lead by fear. The create chaos, stress and distract the team from what is really important to be accomplished. Everything becomes a priority and needs to be executed in hours. Employees are not recognized, there is no sense of justice, respect and nothing is ever good enough. It's a toxic culture and leadership uses the "mission and values" as excuse to bully their people. The company still lives in COVID time and believe they are saving the world. After five years, there is still no successful product in the market and the EC level leadership continues acting like God. The level of narcissisms and high-ego will destroy the future of this company -and this is very sad to watch.

Fear based leadership. CEO runs it like a dictarorship and hires people just like him and they all bow down to him as if he is a king. They track you when you arrive and leave the office. If you aren't chained to your desk 12 hours a day you are slacking. Constant changing of goals so everything goes into chaos mode. Bulllying, belittling, gaslighting, many people who have worked here and work here get physically ill from the mental stress and abuse. HR does not care at all, this is a known fact at Moderna. You are expected to miss major personal events in the name of Moderna. It's dubbed as "The Moderna Way". You think because they made the Covid vaccine they care about humans? Nope, all they care about is how many shots =how many billions they can make. Do not work here.
