Company's pay and benefits are good

Cons

Company doesn't have department and group level stable plans for the year or the quarter. Strategic directions change all the time that employees are discouraged to work as they know their hard work will be tossed away in a few months in such a dynamic environment. Middle management only cares about pleasing and meeting upper management demands, no career building or guidance to people who work on the ground. Company only cares about results but not people. Overall very toxic environment.

- I was given opportunities and mentorship to help develop my project management skills. - Able to work with new equipment and processes to use and expand my knowledge -Great health benefits - I feel like the company truly cares about its employees and making a difference - Great people to work with that are supportive and knowledgeable

- Long hours sometimes that made it difficult to keep a worklife balance.
