After some years of ups and downs the company's culture, focus and drive really seems to have settled down for a bright future. Culture is innovation focused. Benefits are still excellent. Work-life balance has improved to be at industry standard or even better. Colleagues and mid-senior management are nice people and great to work with. Communication across ranks is improving, and there's a clear focus on real value generation with limited resources, driving innovation in research.

Cons

Senior management can can be tone-deaf in communication. Company is very top-down in decision-making. Favoritism, old alliances and old rivalries still play a major role in determining who leads big projects, who is let go and who gets promoted, but I am seeing signs that this is reducing.
