      Pros

      They pay higher than the market. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      They want to do a lot in a short amount of time; there is overwhelming amount of work. People who have got them here are not valued as much as the people they are adding now, with very limited option to promote people internally.

      Cons

      Unrealistic timelines and expectations. Trying to achieve too much with not enough resources. Employee burn out is very common. Expect 12 hour days 7 days a week.
