      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      There is little support from management. The culture is almost non-existent. They expect a lot of work and you are treated like a number. There is almost no work-life balance. You end up devoting all your spare time there.

      The culture at Moderna is one that is supportive and engaging. The cross-functional teamwork is amazing and I enjoy working at Moderna.

      Pretty much everything else. My time here was good until it was very, very bad, and that switch happened quickly. Would not recommend this toxic work environment to anyone.
