Pros

Excellent benefits, hybrid work schedule available for most, free lunch (good food!), It’s a team environment with lots of support to get the job done, great exposure to many systems, great learning opportunities available as well, young culture with lots of extremely intelligent people

Cons

There is a culture of work all the time, the pandemic mentality of all hands on deck has not subsided, if you are looking for a steady schedule this is probably not for you, many meetings leaving you without time to do the work, the norm is to be on multiple monitors doing separate work on each, example set by most of operating off hours, on weekends, holidays etc. workers do not take advantage of the unlimited vacation time, feels like people take less vacation than anywhere else I’ve worked
