      Pros

      I started my sales career with no sales experience and have learned a lot being here. They are very good about promoting internally.

      Cons

      Misaligned on teams working towards one goal, making money. There are some counterproductive processes that cause some headaches but being self sufficient and continuing to cold call/build relationships is necessary.

      Management dont even have degrees and they pay so low! Specially if you want to move within the company they dont let you grow or get paid what you deserve
