      Is your nose brown enough?

      Pros

      The benefits and free food and beverages are good. They have a good moto. They know how to raise a lot of money and win awards.

      Cons

      Only those employees who kiss up (brown nose) are acknowledged and appreciated. If you are not telling management what they want to hear, then you are ignored and even shunned. Especially the owners of the company, they do not appreciate honest feedback, they only want to hear that their decisions or product is the best. Those employees who brown nose management advance with promotions. And they do not even have to know their job well or even work at it to advance.

      Pros

      The company is very forward thinking and offers great perks and benefits to employees.

      Cons

      Office politics. Google open concept is not working. Salaries are not competitive. Employees in department are over worked and are feeling burnt out. Employees aren't treated fairly within department, some have perks while others have none. Management does not listen to complains/concerns. Opinions are not valued nor is credit given for good work.

      Pros

      Throughout my career I have never worked for a company that goes over and beyond for their employees. The Executive Leadership team is very transparent, and makes it very clear to the employees the values and mission that we all must exude. The company is extremely generous with the perks and benefits that we are allotted. I would highly recommend this company to my friends.

      Cons

      Some positions have limited growth and the compensation could be more competitive/aligned with what other companies are offering.
