      Pros

      The company has a true dedication to it's organizational culture. Most coworkers I speak with have come from toxic workplaces and chose ModMed for the culture. Leadership is supportive and accessible. Work / life balance is encouraged. Some outsourced processes are rough and make it difficult to be successful with the clients. I wish we had more ownership of the transactional team.
