      Flexible work schedule, good benefits.

      Cons

      Internal processes are slow and behind the times. Internal communication is not so great. Matrix organization at the lowest levels of the company make it hard to get things done sometimes.

      All in all a good place to work. For the most part, management is promoted from within so they're knowledgeable and capable. Co-workers were a great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      I didn't feel that training and personal development activities were emphasized strongly enough.
