Pros
Great place to intern. Variety of projects you'll end up working on. They initially train you on the shop floor so you really get an idea of the manufacturing environment. Staff is friendly overall, encourages learning, and is understanding of school requirements during the academic year.
Cons
Isn't always a position available at the facility after graduation. They do have career opportunities if you're willing to relocate to corporate or another plant.
