      Pros

      Good ethics, community stewards, excellent cafeteria, world class testing facility, strong engineering workforce, easy access to executive management, strong intellectual property management

      Cons

      Location in Racine, not very well diversified, struggled financially in recent years (as has every other company on the planet), sometimes seems like the good old boys club, deep staff cuts has resulted in some long hours for remaining employees

      Lots of sharp people. Good benefits.

      Cons

      The company is very tied to the automotive industry, to the point that it almost went under during the 2008 recession. Had to cut 25% of the workforce - included me.

      It is a small company atmosphere.

      Cons

      Inefficiencies are everywhere. Management is promoted based on a good old boy system rather than merit. Succession planning, management/leadership development are topics only practiced as lip service.
