      Good management communication. Ability to make decisions. Great performance management process. Large company but feels like a family.

      Pros

      I had my own office and I liked the employees I worked with. No other pros.

      Cons

      No room to grow. Performance not measured. Management isn't concerned with employee welfare in the least. Management creates dilemma and brings chaos to the flow. Employee concerns not heard. Dull and boring environment, no celebrations, no rewards, no recognition, no incentives and terrible benefits.
