Pros

Modine's finance organization operated as a world class team. The function was well organized and has top notch leaders in place to ensure accounting operations are well understood. Communication across the globe was consistent and everyone works as a team moving toward the same goal.

-Strong Ability to teach how to be a good ME - Lots of experience to pull on from coworkers - Ability to move into different roles within company - Work life balance

Cons

- Company Culture Overhaul needed - Non-competitive Salaries/benefits - Not a team environment - Revolving door at entry level

Pros

Paycheck did not bounce. Benefits were affordable. Safe harbor 401k. Culture was normal in my Business Unit - did a good job of keeping out the psychos.

Cons

Beyond lean in staff, too many jobs to do and not enough time to do them. Not adding resources to help with the workload. We have always done it this way mentality from many employees - resistance to change. Unclear what the business goals are during this transition period.
