Pros

Was good pay, good co workers. Decent amount of overtime. Very quick to move from 2nd shift to 1st shift.

Cons

Short notice about having to work on a weekend....Modine is a huge company, so employees are pretty much just a number. Our plant was shut down and moved to a different state..300+ employees some of them worked there 30-40 yrs, out of a job, just like that!

Pros

Excellent hourly wages and health insurance. Adequate vacation based strictly on years of service.

Cons

Too few advancement opportunities when business was doing well. Terrible dental insurance. No vision insurance. Company allows for too much absenteeism which really hurts those that show up everyday to work. Many issues getting employees access to safety gear such as earplugs, safety glasses, gloves etc.

They didn't have any permanent positions for the office when I was there.
