      -Strong Ability to teach how to be a good ME - Lots of experience to pull on from coworkers - Ability to move into different roles within company - Work life balance

      - Company Culture Overhaul needed - Non-competitive Salaries/benefits - Not a team environment - Revolving door at entry level

      Good Pay, good benifits, overtime, and a few good people

      Cons

      Point system , no compassion, Hot, little to no help climbing the ladder, and they have a buddy system out this world.

      Honestly, I am not a big fan of factory work but my time at Modine was actually pretty good. Great work hours, pretty decent pay, and just the job itself wasn't too bad.

      You dont get benefits until working with the company for some time
