      Pros

      Will get good mentors from US or Europe. Can learn about the latest technology in Cooling systems. May get trip to US or Europe for training. Average work culture.

      Cons

      Need to travel more than two hours from Chennai on a daily basis. Not good in maintaining equality among employees. Has to fight for whatever benefits you deserve.
