Pros
Middle management are skilled and knowledgeable working hard to improve the company, which translates into their employees caring about the work they do as well. Friendly and helpful coworkers for a real team.
Cons
The facility is old. Floor equipment is run down and needs replacing; offices need refurbishment. Basic benefits, no performance based incentives, no pay raises. No real opportunities for promotion if you aren't brought in as a manager.

1) Culture - Modine has a culture of trust all the way up to senior management. 2) People - This is the first job I have felt that the people make you feel at home. 3) Work - You set your own bar on advancement opportunities. Modine wants you to succeed!!!
Cons
The street (stock market) does not value Modine as a "Diversified Industrial", so we are compared with/against "Automotive/Vehicular" companies.

AE role provides great opportunity to interact with many different global team members. Many opportunities to work with manufacturing team developing prototypes and production parts and work directly with test engineers to get parts tested. Great hands on experience for new engineers to develop a lot of technical expertise with internal co-workers and customers.
Cons
Management has created a lot of road blocks recently with spending money which is effecting program launches. I understand why they are limiting spend at this time, but do not understand how effecting program launches is a good idea.
