Pros
Decent pay, inexpensive health insurance if you are in a union plant and good people.
Cons
Management are a bunch of two headed snakes, they hire people for management positions that have no business running a powered tooth brush let alone anything else.

This is a great company with a strong leadership team. It has been around nearly 100 years, which says a lot about it. The culture is very much a family-style environment, and many people who leave come back because they miss what the culture and company has to offer. Definitely worth a look.
Cons
The market can be challenging at times as a vehicular OEM supplier of heat exchangers. However, the leadership team manages the ups and downs with product/customer diversity and the financial analysts are supportive.

People on production floor were nice, town was small family vibe was good, would be better place in bigger town probably

Small town not a lot to do when ur finally off, people comment on about seniority feel they owned the place forgot how to work to keep jobs became lazy

Great people at the lower levels of management, very flexible working hours, excellent travel
Cons
future direction seems chaotic, lots of confusion on peoples future employments, company seems to be in a panic mode.

Modine is a solid place to work. They treat people with respect. Managers seem to build friendships with their workers, not just work but personal connections. Salary and benefits are good, not top of the industry, but fair and balanced. Engineers seem to build long and lasting careers here with Modine. Modine invests in new technologies and R&D to develop new ideas, and prides themselves on owning the design process themselves, including intensive R&D testing.
Cons
Slow to embrace new changes. Work ethic, even in office, is "rough around the edges". Some of their products are in a challenging manufacturing industry, and this challenge about where to manufacture is tough for the company. I don't know how to express this, but it needs to be "brighter" in the office. I don't mean just lighting, but attitude, morale, and office culture. It wasn't super down, but I felt like energy was lacking from people in engineering, in the office.
