They don't care about the training that they've given to people or the knowledge people have but are more concerned about how much money others can make and issues with turnover

I can't think of anything . probably the best you'll get out of it is being employed just to be able to have a job

Cons

This is the worse managed job I've ever seen. Like buckle up you'll go on a ride with dedicated ignorance, favoritism, lack of materials to complete the job meth heads and heroin addicts
