Fast paced makes time go by faster.

Cons

Mandatory overtime, expect no life during the summer. Working 7 10-12s per week is the only way to get a half decent check

The pay is decent and you get 2 weeks PTO after 1 year.

Cons

The insurance is subpar. Management is subpar. No sick days, so that 2 weeks of pto is gonna be used up pretty quickly.

I can't think of anything . probably the best you'll get out of it is being employed just to be able to have a job

Cons

This is the worse managed job I've ever seen. Like buckle up you'll go on a ride with dedicated ignorance, favoritism, lack of materials to complete the job meth heads and heroin addicts
