Openminded co workers who push you to execute ideas/opportunities, no micromanaging, tremendous opportunity to grow as the company is under new ownership with a very exciting future. Owners are kind, fun to be around and are investing in the company and embrace a fast-paced culture.

Cons

Not many-- mainly converting long-term Modineer employees to buy into the newer, fast paced environment.
