The culture you witness depends on where you are placed for work.
Cons
There is no cost of living benefits. Any raises you hope to get will depend on your ability to prove your worth. I don't feel they fight for anything on my behalf.
I worked at Ajilon for 3 years and I liked the environment there, some of the pros are:
Excellent team environment
They respect the employee
They provide good training and develop skills properly
Flexible hours
Good management and internal communication
Cons
One of the few cons the company has is its low pay, the salaries were not good. And you get paid by the hour.
I did have to change two internal departments as one department closed down. In a job of this nature, major changes do happen suddenly.
No long term job stability.
