The passion for technology, the investment in the formula e team, the sales minded organisation

No structure, no vision that is implemented fully through the organisation, leadership acts like they listen but they don't, they copy a lot the competitors, little authenticity, management and HR not really engaged or interested, little to none inspiration coming from the leadership team and worst of all, promisses made are not kept.
