Pros

Some good perks like occasional conferences or awards events, decent salary and commission structure

Cons

Poor management, Office politics, Hard to move up unless you know someone, If you hit a goal your following year is double. They rarely sustain long term employees. Always looking to turn and burn and move accounts from employees to the house.

Ability to make great money through commission, progress in your career, and work into other brands if you so choose. It's part of a $27B international organization, has PTO starting at 19 days plus holidays, and really good benefits

Cons

It's part of a huge corporation, so there is red tape, and it can be slower to react to new trends than smaller companies, but overall it's great.
