Pros

Training, benefits were decent, commissions can be good.

Cons

Too many sr. management changes in both personnel and strategic direction, lack of communication, lots of emphasis on activity numbers vs quality of candidates, meeting, etc.

Pros

Great work-life-balance. Very laid back environment. Management is very hands on and will do what they can to help out.

Cons

Because management is so trusting, the team tends to take lots of liberties which hurts productivity. Branches do not communicate effectively causing chaos at times.
