Pros
Only pro to being associated with Modis was that they contracted me out to Volkswagen and gave me the experience I needed to move on to a different position (not with modis). There wasn't much to the interview process, they basically handed me the job.
Cons
Everything. The hours, schedule, recruiter,, she didn't seem to care that you were a top performer at VW and didn't bother trying to move me up within the company regardless of how many times I told her I wanted to try something different. It was nearly impossible to get a day off, and working a Saturday or Sunday was mandatory so you couldn't use a PTO day over the weekend, even if it was a holiday. I worked Memorial day and Labor day. My coworkers at VW were sad to see me go but there was way to much instability there and with Modis. Also, they started to accrue vacation days a couple months after I started, so I went from having 80 PTO hours, down to 16 hours. So I had to work a few more months to get a couple more PTO days. Benefits in general were bad.
