Training is good. Lot of chances to prove yourself

Management should make attempts to understand the issues the teams are facing. They are aloof. Commission structure is poor. Need lot more account managers who can do business development. Lots of lost opportunities!

Will not give this company any pros. There are none. When others mention "no micromanagement" that's called Stockholm syndrome.

Stay away. However if you enjoy being gaslighted, having your ideas taken from you, being threatened, then you'll fit right in. You will be cheated. You will not receive transparency regarding commission. They definitely need to be audited ASAP. When you become a top employee they'll start stealing money from you and try to push you out. Leadership? Forget about it. They are incompetent people and do not care about the well-being of their team. They have zero training and not the slightest clue of what an actual leader or manager does. Very scary and unsettling. If you ask about why you are not being paid properly they will make your life hell. Do you want to be disrespected as a recruiter every day? Then this is the place for you. You are nothing more than a sweatshop worker in their eyes. Top recruiters on team who are billing and meeting goals and expectations, you'll be cheated the better you get. Watch your money closely. They will take it from you , thousands of dollars will be schemed from under you (reference back to "If you ask about why you are not being paid properly they will make your life hell.") You will NOT get ROI on the work you do. Accounts are sloppy and modis is definitely not preferred for anything bc of their low standards. False promises. Dead end place. Please if you know your worth, DO NOT WORK HERE.
