Pros

Amazing people, all of my colleagues are super-smart, dedicated, and collaborative. The working environment and culture is terrific. There is a lot of flexibility for work-life-balance. Product and projects are interesting and the right kind of challenging.

Cons

Pay, PTO, and benefits are not competitive. Yesterday they eliminated our sick time for no apparent reason. We are going through a management shakeup which has left me uncertain about the direction of the company.
