Benefits are great. Work life balance is great. Supervisors and Managers really care about your development. High potential to learn new skills.

Cons

The pay is a little on the low end.

Pros

Co-workers are generally amazing. Decent on-site facilities. Hybrid work from home policies.

Cons

Too much management and not enough support staff. Hard to get a full time work from home schedule. Pay has not increased competitive to the market. Merger with Komatsu has introduced complications with company attitude and focus.
