The salary level was fair enough. Company has annual bonus and regular salary reviews. Many possibilities for a professional growth management engage employees to take different courses and development programs.
Cons
The level of routine documentation is slowly growing. Business process are slower then one might expect. The products knowledge base is poor, but looks like management is trying to address this issue.
