Pros
I joined Modus 6 months ago after they relocated me from out of state. It was one of the best career moves I've made. The leadership team and each person I work with are dedicated, driven and inclusive. Even on day one, the leadership team shared their two year vision for my career growth. I've never felt more supported and empowered. Working alongside such bright & driven people makes each day rewarding. Building a company around our mission makes each day meaningful. We have the ability to steer our own paths, bring our ideas to fruition, and possibly even disrupt the entire industry.
Cons
So far, the only downside is the constant change. However, I love the startup pace and culture we're building and change is a huge part of the process as we're rapidly growing.
