Pros
The location is in a good part of DC (Dupont Circle). Lunches on Friday were nice. Coffee and snacks were made available. The market for this service is growing yearly and the opportunities are endless. It would be a great to be involved with eDiscovery, just not at Modus.
Cons
Management never made it clear what was needed. Direction changes on a whim were the norm. The founder was an arrogant presence. Tried to be inspiring but just wound up being long winded. Expected to work outrageous hours and it never seems to be enough.
