Great company - very friendly, collegial work environment.

Cons

Difficult to advance. There are some really great people to work with, but also some slackers and individuals with an ego.

Pros

They are very fair employers who are committed to doing things the right way. There is plenty of opportunity for growth at Moen.

Cons

Processes for product development are sometimes seen as hurdles to get over rather than checks and balances. There is also a very conservative approach and innovative ideas are not pursued often.

Pros

Moen is good at what they do. They have been doing faucets, bathrooms, and showers for a long time so they have a lot of knowledge. As a global company, it is one of the best product development opportunities in Northeast Ohio. I learned a lot about manufacturing/business processes of working at a larger company.

Cons

A lot of things were poorly organized at Moen. Some of the people had been at the company for 20+ years and did not really bring excitement and innovation to the work place. Management did not always have time for co-ops/interns. HR was a nightmare.
