Pros

One of the few companies that still give our yearly bonuses to regular employees, has great benefits and 401K matching, plus lots of other financial perks as part of IT. Great people to work with.

Cons

IT is a little overwhelmed with lots of work and limited personnel with some weeks that are longer then others. But where is it not in the IT industry.
