Pros

Good pay/benefits, especially for Ohio. Learning on the job. Other techs are excellent mentors. Some of the engineers are knowledgeable and share it. Max out that 401k contribution

Cons

Management only cares about climbing the ladder higher. Engineers can be petty with workload and lazy with paperwork. Engineering is a slave to the marketing group.
