Pros

The people are nice, the research is interesting, and there are many opportunities to learn.

Cons

The pay is extremely bad, and if you are salaried can be even worse bc you can end up working overtime without extra pay. Also you have to pay for parking. And they take your PTO for hurricane days. They also often have food for people downstairs that you cannot have, and in general you see that you are working hard to enrich the rich.

Pay is not competitive and almost never internally promotes. The organization seems to be growing faster than they can higher competent and skilled workers.
