- Strong mission and culture - Great work ethic among co-workers - Unique benefits like on-site daycare and Employee Acute Care Clinic - Focus on diversity

Cons

- Since Moffitt is a non-profit organiization, salaries are sometimes in the lower end. However, funds are needed to treat and research cancer.

Pros

Giving best customer service to patients. Co-Workers are great team mates fun to work with we help each other.

Cons

No increases, salary low, no incentives, no growth, managers need to do the jobs themselves so they understand struggles with work load. Don't care if you are sick you get written up, occurrences. If you make you employees happy they will give you 100 percent. Favoritism towards certain employees. Employees sleeping on the job same one everyday. Hard workers don't get recognized.
