Pros

Made a lot of good friends over my 6 years there

Cons

Management, supervisors, and quality changing too often. Too much pressure on scripting. They have adopted a robot feel towards patients instead of embracing the overall feel of our phone interactions. It's all about the numbers!!! I lost all respect for Moffitt and quit. Over 20 doctors quit within 2 years and countless nurses quit too! Caused so much chaos in the scheduling world and for patients! Moffitt isn't what they used to be.

Pros

Nurse to patient ratio is good compared to most other hospitals as it is 4:1 versus 6:1. Therefore you have more quality time to space and with each patient.

Cons

Discrimination against not only employees but some of the patients too. I disclosure d private health information which did not effect my job performance and was fired within a month of disclosing it.

Pros

Greater cause, many advancements to helping find ways to cure such a horrible disease.

Cons

Financial departments are mismanaged and there is no order. Bullying and threatening amongst employees, severe disrespect to Managers and unsafe environment. Many illegals acts are being committed onsite by employees and reports go unnoticed.
