Pros

An great product that is easy to get behind A corporate culture that is very enthusiastic about its product

Cons

The company’s top managers are salesmen and this sets the tone for the company culture. They are constantly selling you something, so you would be wise to take what you are told with a grain of salt and be a little weary of the family-feel of the culture. Management does not hesitate to leave bodies in their wake when strategic direction changes—and strategic direction is not steady.

Pros

Glassdoor has us mixed up. Most of these reviews are for Moffitt Cancer Center, but the logo shown is for Moffitt (Mechanical). Moffitt has a great corporate culture. the executive team is big on work life balance and team building. Many positions allow a hybrid schedule some work from home days. They are big on showing employees appreciation for their work .

It is a 30 minute drive in heavy traffic for me

Sales does anything they want. Huge gap in working as a team. Horrible benefits.
