Pros

Corporate genuinely cares about the well-being of employees. Good work environment and reasonable expectations of employees.

Cons

Facilities are located in small towns or out in the middle of nowhere (relevant if working in manufacturing). Can be a disconnect between management and hourly employees at some facilities, but overall people work to close the gap.

Mohawk is a great place for young engineers. Lots of opportunities to make improvements and gain experience.

Cons

High preforming individuals are not compensated appropriately. You are to probably better off changing companies than remaining loyal long term.
