      Mohawk Opportunities offers over-time hours at their residences. Pay is mediocre/standard for the field, but pay and raises are based solely on position held, no education/experience/work quality. Somewhat of an opportunity to move-up. Agency offers considerably quality events for clients.

      Cons

      Leadership in management and some programs was lacking/sub-par.
