Cons

Pays only minimum wage; pay increases are minimal. No formal training for new hires. If management likes you, they’ll let you get away with just about anything. If they don’t though, they’ll write you up for everything under the sun. Even if you’re innocent. No opportunities for learning or continued growth, or promotions. A management team who delivers empty promises and doesn’t communicate with their subordinates at all.
