Behind the scene bullying, insults, threats, disrespect between some valet employees and some supervisors/employees are similar to what you'd expect in the military, high school, or jail. New employees in valet are frequently disrespected and treated like High School freshmen by 75%+ of the top ~30% senior valet attendants as well as a select few supervisors. Not all employees or supervisors are this way, but typically, the more senior, the more years on the job, the more disgruntled. The younger, the less time on the job, the better the attitude, the less bullying. Very high valet turnover with ~50%-75% gone in <1yr. Management can be fired too abruptly and for ridiculous reasons. Very high risk if/when there's a personality conflict with another or if you're a woman. Extremely male dominate executive team and management team that rewards bully/control type personalities.
