Fun place to work, plenty of events to be a part of with plenty of scheduling options since they are 24-7.

Cons

Always open on holidays so you may get stuck working. Costumers with drinking problems and gambling addictions can be a frustration at times. If you are working for tips, you gotta move your way up to the better sections.

The culture created there is very nice. Decent amount of day 1 employees that love being there and they try to help where they can.

Cons

Low pay, can be tough to advance. Some customers are great, some come all the time and are a nightmare and it can be terrible when they know they can push you their weight around and upper management lets them do it.
